INITIAL STEPS FOR COMMISSIONING A MURAL
1. We will begin by discussing ideas directly with you. Often, clients, will send photographs or magazine clippings as examples of their ideas.
2. After incorporating your ideas , the artist will create a color mark-up board. The board and a contract will be sent to you for approval. (this step requires a $150.00 non refundable deposit, that will be detracted from the final cost).
3. You review the mark-up board and discuss changes if needed. Then you either sign the contract (a signature indicates that the idea is accepted) or request a second mark-up board.
4. Changes can be made after we received your signed approval, but may require additional charges.
MURAL PROJECT
1. The mural project will begin after we receive a 50% (not refundable) initial payment.
2. Before completion changes can be made, but will require additional charges at an hourly rate.
3. Final payment is due upon completion.
Area to be painted must be easily accessed and free from furniture.
Designs, sketches, and samples remain the property of the artist unless otherwise arranged. The artist retains the right to photograph and/or publish her work. The privacy of clients will be protected unless the client desires to be credited.
